Executive - Mall Operations

This role supports day-to-day mall operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Job Profile
- Supporting day-to-day mall operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinating with tenants to ensure compliance with lease terms, mall policies, and operational standards.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of tenant outlets and following up on non-compliance.
- Handling tenant, customer, and visitor issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintaining accurate tenant documentation including leases, licenses, insurance, and permits.
- Supporting leasing, marketing, and finance teams in achieving occupancy, revenue, and income targets.
- Coordinating maintenance activities with engineering teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Supporting mall promotions, events, and tenant activations and participating in Manager-on-Duty rotations and supporting daily operational decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, and insurance requirements.
Personal Profile
- A degree in Business Management, Property Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in mall operations, retail operations, property management, or facilities management.
- Exposure to tenant coordination, lease administration, or retail operations in a multi-tenant environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle operational issues and conflicts calmly and professionally.
