This role supports the sales process by coordinating with real estate agents and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and smooth transactions. It also involves supporting the team with documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.

Job Profile

  • Coordinating with real estate agents and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and sales transactions.
  • Assisting with documentation and record-keeping for sales agreements, partnership contracts, and related documents.
  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports, tracking effectiveness, and assisting in monitoring agency progress and coordinating marketing support.
  • Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring agents and stakeholders are aligned with the company’s sales objectives.

Personal Profile

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an administrative role in sales or real estate.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, agents, and partners.
