The role supports property development projects by identifying new clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring responsive after-sales service while managing customer concerns promptly to maintain a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Job Profile
- Achieving the stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods and tapping into new customer segments.
- Coordinating with the Finance and Legal departments and arranging necessary documentation.
- Ensuring high quality and responsive after sales services to match the customer requirement and coordinating between the relevant parties.
- Directing customer complaints to relevant parties and following up and responding to customers without undue delays.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/ investment related role (previous experience in handling a high value investment advisor role will be an added advantage).
- Higher education or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
