The Monarch, launched in 2009, marked a turning point for John Keells Properties and Colombo’s luxury residential market. Built above the fully operational Crescat Shopping Mall, the 32-storey mixed-use development introduced 197 upscale residences and redefined urban living in the city. The Emperor, launched in 2012, redefined the benchmark for luxury living in Colombo as the city’s first mixed-use residential development.
