This role is responsible for all MEP works for all building areas and labor allocation for all MEP related works in building areas.
Job profile
- Responsible for all MEP works for all building areas and labor allocation for all MEP related works in building areas.
- Responsible for supplying laborers with relevant material for building work sub-contractors.
- Managing the sub-contractor work areas and the rate of progress to achieve sub-program deadlines.
- Achieving required quality of work and raising quality assurance and quality control inspections.
- Liaising and coordinating with other trades of construction.
- Managing material usage by controlling wastage.
Personal profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation standards.
- Excellent coordination skills for liaising with civil, architectural, and other trades.
